We really enjoyed the tour. We had a fantastic experience, it was very well organized from start to finish. Also, our guide, Mr. Long, was incredibly thoughtful, always prioritizing each guests comfort and kept us entertained throughout. He also ensured to provide us with a wealth of information about the Vietnamese culture, made sure we understood the historical significance of each place we visited. Honestly, compared to all the other countries we've visited and the tours we've taken, he truly stands out as the best guide we've ever had. The driver was also really kind and did his best to interact with us whenever he could, always ensuring that everyone was transported safely and comfortably.
Our trip was well facilitated by Jessica and Sally. The limousine was on time and we were provided rain coats as it was raining in the morning. Our guide was very good, sharing with us interesting information on places we visited. Our visit in Trung-An was among the highlights of our trip. Suddenly one fine morning I saw a photo in a news paper, it was a Golden Bridge which was in Vietnam. Newly opened for public. It was wonderful because of it's engineering marvel mixed with fine art , a sculpture. Being a practitioner of fine art fraternity it's aesthetics value amazed me and inspired me to visit the place. I started to make it a touring destination along with other places of Vietnam. I started to get some knowledge or information before coming here and through this searching process I got to be in touch with the Connek Trip company who are expertise in this business. Then I came in touch with a very sincere representative of this company who could win my trust and confidence . She is Jessica or Thu Nga, a soft spoken good human being. Everyday I used to ask thousands of quarries and she replied each and everything needed for me. I must say that without her whole hearted effort this tour would not happen. She helped us to book domestic flights , standard hotels , and food we can love in this tour of ten days , and arranging vehicle time to time in our every movement also done by her perfectly. Every morning and night she took all necessary quarries which is rare things now a days. She called me DAD, there are lot of fake tourist companies are doing this business and cheating so many people , but this is my experience that I must share to all . I wish Connek Trip will do well in future.
